On an XP machine, noticed both Event Log and Task Scheduler Services cannot be started. Also Diskeeper cannot load. Are these related?
I’ve tried replacing the eventlog.dll files, without any difference. On Google, many seem to share the same problem, but with no viable solution.
Any clues or solutions would be most helpful
