Comp Recognition in peer-to-peer network

I set up a peer-to-peer ntwrk. Some of the computers in the ntwrk are not recognizing other comps. All have the appropriate client, protocols and services. Yet they still do not recognize one another. How do I remedy this problem and get all comps to see each other?
