When I compact a database, the created and modified dates for forms, reports, etc. changes to the date and time that the database was compacted. Is this something new for Access 2000? Can I turn this feature off so that I can maintain the originaldate created? In some of the databases, the dates were not changed for tables and queries. In other databases, everything changed. Thank you.
