Company Downsizing, should I leave?

Basically I’ve been working for this company for over a year and a half now. They are downsizing, the board fired the CEO, CFO, CTO. VP is interim CEO, CFO, CTO.

I’ve looked for jobs but can’t find any. Either I’m over qualified or don’t have skills needed for position.

For 3 months now, I’ve been on call only working 20-30 hrs a week. Any advice is much appreciated.
