Company is looking at protecting USB drives… Suggestions?

by slayer_ . Updated 16 years, 10 months ago

Lately we have noticed we are losing USB drives. We want to start a policy whereby we encrypt all our drives. Is there any such software that would allow us to password protect the files on a USB drive? It has to b eable to travel to clients machines and be usable. It can’t be an encryption that only makes it work on my machine.

Preferably cheap or free.

Thoughts anyone? I would of course need to demo this to my boss, so it needs to be a good solution. Not something half assed and complicated.

In office, and all our clients, run Windows 2000 or better.
