Company Offering To keep Your Link on top with Google's Sponsored Links.

Hello,
I was recently contacted by a company who is claiming to put my company?s link on top with Google?s sponsored link for a whole year without have to pay for per click for a flat fee. I wondering if that?s even possible??? Any feedback will be appreciated.

but do you work for the company making the offer or do you work for one of its affiliates?

i am just an advertizer. this company is offering to keep my AD for 7 kyewords for a yearly fee of only 2750.00 with no pay per click cost and they are promsing to have my website on top with the google sponserd likns.
