Got a Compaq Presario 4712, 166 Pentium & it had Win 95 – No good explanation of how but it was booted & kept locking at the Compaq start screen – I was told that Win 95 was attempted to be reloaded & after it was completly installed, the machine was rebooted & then no post. The keyboard flashes on startup & the power supply fan runs but thats it. No post at all & no display. Any clues??? Possible Compaq disk needed for boot???
