Hi folks,
We’re trying to put some forms on our website for visitors to fill. The information should be confidential. Where should I start in order to make these forms HIPAA compliant? I mean, do they need to be encrypted, do we need to use certificates? The website is not on our DMZ, it’s supported by a web host.
Any help would be appreciated.
