Computer Accounts

I want to know where is the best place to create a computer accounts in the computer OU or in the OU where the user take part. And so Why. I know, it's depends the environnement but I want to know someelse experience.

It depends on your administration model. When designing AD, we take into account the customers administration model. On a current desing, we an OU for each of their 4 locations, in each OU we have a Users OU and a Computer OU. We made Computer OU's for each location, because each location has it's own admin staff. Each staff is delegated authority for their location, with adding accounts, computers etc.
On another design where it is just two offices, and all centrally managed, we just leftall computers in the default container.
AD should always follow your administration model, when possible.
