Computer Browsing

I have a problem with computer browsing.
I have a catalyst 6509 making routing for 30 different vlans.
Each Vlan has windows 98 client machines with its own workgroup.
I have a nt server were all or few clients are members to this domain.

If igive the client machine workgroup name same as domain name then every thing is working fine.

But the coustomer wants the different workgroup name.

When i click on network neighbourhood.
I can see all the workgroup and domain.
but from the client machine i cannot browse the computers in the workgroup.
