Problems started when the mouse froze. Could not do a Crl-Alt-Del, so had to shut it off at the switch. This has happened several times, but computer always came back up, until now. Windows would not complete load and stopped on “Preparing Network Connections” screen. Again, no Crl-Alt-Del, so powered down, it would start to load Windows and stop. In desperation, I removed the CMOS battery, I can get into the Setup but freezes at various times while in Setup; I have tried this several times with the same result. How do I get this thing back up?? Or is it time for a new computer?
