Pls assist me in giving realistic solutions to these problems:
-my system doesnt come on at all. each time its about to come on, it wirtes logging off and the system loggs off immediately without even entering the windows environment.
-the internet explorer of a system isnt working even when i have tried installing and uninstalling the internet explorer on windows component.
-when is it necessary to format a hard disk
-how can i implement startup procedures given in techrepublic articles even when my system isnt getting to thwe windows environment and the safe mode option isnt working
