Computer error or win error?

Hi.
I use win 10 home single on a hp laptop.Every time the CPU is 100% black screen. Must wait 10 seconds to return to normal.
I don’t know whether it’s my laptop’s fault or the win version?

it seems that the heat sink is the issue, the system is Heating up and that is causing an interference with the video adapter and once you let it cool down for 10 mins. it comes back on,

So two thinks to check

Fan and Heat Sink
What is increasing your CPU Usage for 100%

Try changing the thermal paste

You can try resetting your RAM or Changing your PSU. If still the solution does not works then you can Try replacing Graphics card. Changing the thermal paste can also be a good solution,
