I am working on a Dell Dimension E510. It hangs at the dell splash screen (the status bar shows bios about 90% loaded). I have tested power supply, RAM and motherboard with post tester, unplugged all pci cards, optical drives, tried new CMOS battery,and tried an IDE hard drive (came with SATA, to no avail. I can’t enter setup, nor can I boot to CD or floppy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
