Computer Name

We have a Novell 4.11 network along side of a Microsofe Windows Network. I have a pc on the network running Win2k Pro and the computer name is Chad. However, when I check the Internet access log (Orbitnet 4) it shows that computer connecting as admin. Device Manager shows the computer name and Chad and under Documents and Settings the only user is Chad. He always logs in as chad, so where is admin comming from?
