A friend has their daughter’s laptop which has a system password (not the Windows password) on it. Their daughter was killed recently in a car wreck and they would like to get to some poems she had written and saved on her computer. Any suggestions on how to remove the password so they can access the computer? Appreciate any assistance. Thanks in advance.
