This computer will pause for about a second every 10-15 seconds. This is a fresh install of Win7, 4GB ram, new hard drive and new graphics card. I have tried all of the standard procedures, msconfig, disconnected hardware, etc. but still cannot seem to pin it down. It was doing the same thing with Vista and old hard drive/GPU. Any thoughts?
