Computer rebooting

By mod ·
Over the last couple of weeks my computer (Compaq P3) has developed the habit of rebooting at around the same time each day.
My initial thought was that it was related to what time I turned the computer on each morning. There are no scheduled tasks, or power management functions active, which could cause this. Any suggestions would be useful to try and resolve this.

Check for a virus. Get the latest and greates, update.

Look in your BIOS. I work with Dells that can power on at a time setup in the bios.

I have workstations that would reboot when a user unlocked it. We found this to be a problem with Novell CLient 4.8. Novell has a fix posted on thier website with DLL's to replace and an edit to the registry. This fixed our problem.
