Computer Reboots

I currently have a problem with a PC running Windows 2000 Professional which reboots every so often, I have reseated the cards and chip and checked the power supply and all seems in order.

In the applications log, two events are logged before thePC reboots, the first is “NPROTECT SERVICE” folowed a few seconds later by “WMDM PMSP Service, any help appreciated.
