By cmcknight46 ·
This is a GS270 at a remote site, looking for possible causing for the computer shutting down. Checked the 4 lights in back and they are all green, User indicated that sometimes this happens when printing from network printer which is a lexmark. Looking from possible causes and solutions.

Couple of things

A bad power supply or a bad mobo could also cause shutdowns. If you can, open up the pc and look at the little round things (forgot what they are called) towards the back of the mobo. If you notice a brownish mark on them, then its your mobo. If not, I would then replace the power supply.
