Computer shutting down as soon as you turn it on..

I have a user that will turn on his computer and then the screen will flash black with no words and then shuts right back down.

This isnt a work computer its a home computer. computer is only 2 years old and is a Dell computer.

Any suggestions? Answers? Thank you
