Computer suddenly freezes

By genelleestremos ·
Hello to all! My computer suddenly freezes, but sometimes it will not. What I will just do is to press the reset button to reboot my computer. Sometimes, when the windows xp boot image appears(http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z1/the_bloods_city/install%20windows/win11.png), it will suddeny disappear and my computer will stop responding. I will press again the reset button. Please... I need your help. How can I fix my computer?(note: my computer is frozen by Deep Freeze 6)

I have details for my computer (using Belarc Advisor), just click the link below...

Check the memory

by Jacky Howe In reply to Computer suddenly freezes

You can test the memory by running Windows Memory Diagnostic that can be downloaded from http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp. If memory problems are found, try re-seating the RAM. If it doesn't work, replace the defective RAM.

Overheat ?

by tduval In reply to Check the memory

Same thing happens when a processor is overheated. Random freeze, as the temperature increase.

Check this point, using something such as asus probe if motherboard is asus. Clean the fans, clean the radiator, and see your temperature in your bios
