I am looking into upgrading my PC, but I’m unsure what type of information I need to know to do so. Here are my specs.
Processor Brand Intel? Pentium? 4 Processor with Hyper-Threading Technology
Processor Speed: 3.0 GHz
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Cache Size: 1 MB
System Chipset: Intel 915G Express Chipset
Memory Speed: PC3200 (400 MHz)
I want to upgrade my Processor to something newer and current. I have upgraded my memory from the standard 512MB to 2GB, and my GFX card, i want to upgrade the processor next. Any idea what type of information I need to know to purchase the right processor?
My motherboard type is Intel (Augsburg) 915G Motherboard.
