Computer using gatway on different subnet cannot access internet.

I would like to set up a second domain on my network. I currently have network 1 using 10.1.1.x using 10.1.1.1 for the gateway. So I setup network 2 using 10.1.3.x and wanted to still use the same gateway.

So with this setup I can currently ping the gateway and devices from network 1 while on network 2 but cannot access the internet.
