Just bought a samsung 40GB hard drive, and formated HDD with winxp sp2 cd IN HP BRIO BA410
never had a problem like this before with the disk, so i’ve figured its the hard drive
after windows formats the new partition, it reboots, like it normally should.
and instead of booting off the hdd like it then should, it continues to try to boot off the cdrom, even if i change the order in the BIOS.
i’m guessing the BIOS isn’t recognizing my hdd, even though windows can see the partition clearly. PLEASE HELP
