Sorry for the back to back questions, I’ve been saving them up.
Recently I began to notice slow internet performance on my main computer at home. I checked the cable modem, firewall and switch, all were fine.
Then I noticed Event 4226 showing up in my log files:

The link was of little help, I scanned the computer for virii, malware, spyware, etc. with two different packages (McAfee and Trend Micro Housecall) and found nothing.
I think it could be Firefox causing the issue (tabbed browsing maybe).
Anyone else seen this? Is this just poor planning on Microsoft’s part since the average computer has more and more open TCP connections these days (I found JAVA, PunkBuster, McAfee and Steam all had multiple open connections while the computer was idle).
