Conditional Formatting in Excel 2010

I have a spreadsheet that I use to track the status of several backup jobs that are running on our WAN. Each location should be performing a backup each day. In Excel 2003 I had the spreadsheet setup so that the colors for that day's backup information were based upon the completion status of the job. For example, if the job failed I had the day marked red; if it succeeded then green; if some other issue then the day was marked some other color. Sadly, this didn't move to Excel 2010 for reasons that I don't really understand.

For each backup location I have five columns named Outcome, Serial #, Name, Type, and Next Use. What I want to do is to evaluate the value of the Outcome and then color all five cells accordingly.

Any ideas?
