Configure Exchange 2000 for External Mails

Hi,

I have installted exchange 2000 and i want to configure exchange to send/receive external isp doamin mails in to my exchange server .

and plz also let me know how can i monitor/log exchange internal mails.

How can i do that.

Plz help me.
