CONFIGURING MUSIC BRIDGE

Hi guys ,I am using a D link Router,a LINKSYS MUSIC BRIDGE WMB54G. I have a computer running on VISTA. I have config. WMB54G.I can ping music bridge having an 192.168.0.127.But somehow I cannot seem to install the software error : WMB54G MFC application has stopped working.CAN ANY1 ON PLANET EARTH HELP !!!!!!!!!!!PLZ.Dont ask me to upgrade the firmware it has already been done

It sounds only like a software error.

Not the router.

Fist off, do you have the appropriate MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) installed? Just guessing, but I think they likely would not be installed with a more recent OS. You can check other pages here, as well as the instructions at the link:

Make sure you are using the Vista setup Wizard, not the XP version.

Make sure you are installing the app with Administrator privileges, if necessary.
