What will make you happy?

You've had an opportunity to see an overview of what is available in IT. So what of what you have learned is of the most interest to you?

Today's hot money maker could easily become tomorrow's loser. Do what you love and you will be happier.

Good luck!

your school should have a career advice counsel maybe you can talk to. also u should try intern or shadowing someone who works in the IT field. and u should look into what u like best within the It field. maybe be software, system administration, ERP type of stuff...

why did you spend four years learning computer science, without a clue why you learnt it?

Which bits did you like,
Networking, coding, design, databases, admin, security ?

Which bit's were you best at?

You need to get some experience quick, you have shed load of competition.

Your market's growing that fast you'll probably get away with having none, if you get your *** in gear. In the US or Europe you would be toast.

Get a job, money, location, existance, worry about the speciality later.

Whatever you do don't specialise too narrowly, that willjust give you a potentially lucrative but short career.

Coders will always be required, so will admins, so will database specialist. The same can't be said for VB6ers, DBAsers and VMS admins.

The only people who have no future in IT are those who don't embrace change.
