I have an ADSL wireless DSL combo modem/router connected to one computer upstairs (Router A). I want a device downstairs to be able to access the internet, so, I am trying to set it up on a Linksys Router(B) to talk to (A). I configured both on the same SSID, I disabled DHCP on B & added a static IP on the same network. It still won’t completely connect, even though I set Router B to PPP mode & added my DSL username & password. Not sure which DNS IPs to add, though. Any suggestions? This seems tricky.
