Connecting Cell Phones to Exchange – Resources?

I am new to the IT field and many of my users are using PDAs, smartphones, what-have-you to retrieve email. I’ve never had one myself and have had little to do with it until now. I very much need to educate myself on certificates (where are they? how do I get them on phones?); security, SNMP, etc… Because they are difficult to troubleshoot when you know nothing about how they interact with the server.

I’ve been doing some googling, but just can’t seem to find anything comprehensive. SO, I thought I’d ask you fine people if you already knew of a good place to start.
