connecting exchange server 2007 to internet

I have set up an exchange server 2007 in my lab for test pupose as follows

Domain Name (all servers running 2008 ent edition)
A DC$DNS named with an ip address of
An Exchange server 2007 installed on win2k8 member server IP=

My intranet is connected to the internet through belkin router (

my dns setting is shown below

(same as parent folder) Start of Authority (SOA) [496],, static
(same as parent folder) Name Server (NS)
(same as parent folder) Host (A)
(same as parent folder) Host (A)
(same as parent folder) Mail Exchanger (MX) [10] static

I can access the mailserver from intranet using owa ,And my question is how do i configure my dns or register dns to send and receive emails from internet using
remember my network is connected to internet using belkin router which uses an ip address of (using NAT) and i am not using static public IP with any of my server ,i came to know that sites like providing free domain name registration with dynamic public IP; but i dont how to configure dns entries to access my internal mail server ( using a name from internet
