connecting java with oracle 9i database

when trying to connect to oracle database using getConnection() I need to specify the url,username,pasword. How can i get the url?

The url will depend on the type of jdbc driver that you are using.
If you are using a ‘thin’ JDBC driver the url will be:

jdbc:oracle:thin:@:1521:

when I am trying to connect java with oracle 9i
exception occure with driver.
