I have a two level house.

Downstairs I have a small brick (by Gigabyte) running Windows 10.
Upstairs I have a monitor (that only has a DVI connection) and an old school PS keyboard and mouse for which I have a PS to USB adapter.
I want to connect these two using the Ethernet cable (i have Ethernet cables running inside the walls, and I have already confirmed that it supports gigabit connectivity).

What is the best device to get to allow me to transmit 1080p video from the brick to the monitor?
Two connect the keyboard and mouse?
Possibly to have any other (2.0) USB devices, like a webcam/microphone connected as well.

    Thanks
    a1
