connecting printer queue on the network

Hello,
Like in NT environment, we can connect others
machines using the command like
net use x: \\hq3ne01p\c$ “pass-
word” /user:dps_dc\admin

I want to connect/add printer queues on the network(from the plot server) using command i mean without going to add printer option in printer.
what are those commands.
