By oregetm ·
I would like to create a List box in Visual Basic GUI and connect it to a field in access table. How can I do this?

RTFM

or

Read The Manual

Come on! This is not the type of question that needs to be asked here. I'm sorry, but if you can't figure out how to do something that basic from the manual, then you should pack up your VB disks and take them back to the store.

Actually, the listbox itself doesn't connect to a database. Use a DBListbox or write code in the from.paint event to load a listbox with the data you want from whichever field you want.

Actually, it is better to use an ordinary list box and then populate it with fields. If you use a DBList box, you loose a few of the useful functionalities from the ordinary one.

But... the first reply is correct. This is a very basic GUI question and if you just hit F1, you probably would have figured it out by yourself.
