Connection in Excel Pivot Tables

By addicted94 ·
Hi,

we are using MS SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services. Now I want to create a web site where you can access the cube database hosted on sql server. So I created a Excel workbook and published a website from it with interactivity and pivot table functionality.

But when I open the new Webpage there is no prompt for the password and "Access denied". But if I use existing web sites connected to other cube databases the new one also works.

So the problem seems to be the missing password prompt. Does anyone know where a can change the connection properties in order to "activate" the password prompt?
Is anybody out there who can help me?
