Help!!! One of the classroom desktops had suddenly developed the problem of constantly crashing. It can happen at any time even on booting up. I cannot get into safe mode either. One of the few times I managed to boot up and run AVG antivirus it crashed about half way through so could not complete. Cannot stay on line long enough to download an online anti-virus. I am assuming this is a virus causing this. Restart button does not do anything so have to turn off actual power supply then reboot, if I am lucky it might boot.I am now at a loss, if I cannot get into the Safe Mode, and I did manage to get to System Restore once and put it back to a previous point it still crashed eventually what else can I do?? Knowing my luck this is probably a simple problem to solve but the teacher is getting desperate because the computer is needed in class.
