Constantly delete cookies

By moe0303 ·
Could somebody make a batch file for me that would automatically and constantly delete cookies in IE6? I have very little experience with batch files. I've seen other files that will do it, but nothing constantly. The batch file I tried didn't work. I am running IE6 and XP pro SP2. I'm testing out a project. Thanks In Advance for any help.

Cut and paste the contents from cookies into a text file and save it in c as cookies.cmd You will have to use Ctrl+C to Terminate it.

del *.* /s /q
start /b c:\cookies.cmd

Thank you for writing this. It seems to be clearing all the files but when I go back to the file thru windows, the cookies and other files are still there. I tried changing it to the directory listed in windows and I got the same result. Any ideas?

Cookies are only kept in the Users Profile. Are you wanting to delete Temp files as well? They are in several places EG: c:\windows\temp

Well, what I'm trying to do is perform the following of the process, only thru the command line.

I open ie6 then go to tools. Then I click internet properties. Then to delete cookies. then i press ok.

I found out how to do it in ie7 using a 'rundll32' command.
