Recently looking at the KPI's set out by various companies for their System and Business Consultants. The question raised to this regard was how to quantify and measure the various Key Performance Areas. Easy to measure the effect on economic valueadded to the business if resulting in real sales. The problem comes in how to indicate the contribution to the EVA, be it negative or positive. Anybody with some feedback and input?
