Contact Management / Company Management – Software

I’m looking for a software tool that will help with Contact Management and Company profiling which is tightly ingrated with Outlook. I need something the handles the Suspect to Prospect portion of a sales cycle, can be used to store data and export for marketing purposes, but isn’t a CRM because the company has that process covered from Prospect through Close and Implementation. Something that can scale to other users, can share data, can inport and export data, can track contact and sales activity at the early stage of developing an opportunity that get’s entered into a deeper CRM / Forecast tool that’s based around the concepts of TAS.

I’ve looked at;

– ACT premium – very good but I don’t want two calender or contact file locations to manage.
– Prophet CRM which has the Outlook integration but too much CRM components that we already use for later in sales stages
– A free Access template tool which was too rudimentary

Most CRM packages will be overkill because we have our own forecasting and tracking tool. A tool that can handle the early stages of developing sales at the suspect/prospect stage prior to becoming an opportunity. A tool that can capture contact profile, company profile, technology profile on companies and that can hold the data in a database and can be used for sales efforts, awareness campaigns, notification emails, etc. Plus can use the Outlook contact and calendering features so there is no dual looks or files to worry about and it allows integration to a Blackberry or iPhone by default because of that integration.
