Contact Management System

Hi, I am looking for a contact management system, similiar to maximixer, however more to the builder side. We build residential homes, and currenty everything is paper. We would like to computerize more. We would like to be able to email after entering new information to the appropriate project managers. I was wondering if anyone has or heard of a system that is exclusively used by builders. Any help would be appreciated.
