We have a user who’s contacts have disappeared twice. (No personal folders installed.) She created a subfolder off the contacts folder called “Emergency Contacts.” The first time the entire contents of the folder was missing, second time half were missing. (The subfolder name remains there.)
She is a power user so I can’t imagine that she is deleting them.
Does anyone know a clean up tool (like clean/free/busy) for the contacts folder or any insite on this?
