Run regedit from Start/Run option
Select HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Ratings
Look in Right Pane and delete the line below default by right-clicking.Close Regedit
Use Explorer to locate "ratings.pol on your C:drive and delete it,the file is hidden,so you need to select the view menu and choose view hidden files, this should remove the password.Reboot

HI,
I had almost the same problem, I could connect, but when I clicked on tools/options
I got a content advisor message.
Sometimes they seemed to pop up for no reason.
If answer number 1 does'nt work you might try the fix that worked for(and suprised the heck out of) me.
I used netscape to download MSIE 5.5 upgrade
and all that annoying content stuff went away.
HTH
