Click Start and choose Run
Type in Regedit,select OK
Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings
In the right-pane locate Key,right-click and select Delete
Exit
Reboot computer and open Internet Explorer
Click Tools,select Internet Options,click on Content tab and click Disable
When asked for a password,donot enter one,click OK
This will disable Content Advisor Password

If you do not want to edit the regitrsy you could try the following:

Search on the drive where windows is installed for a file named ratings.pol.

Rename the file to be ratings.old.

create a new empty file in notepad and save it as ratings.pol in the same location as the original.

This should disable the content advisor.
