Content advisor does not work

I am sorry, I have got my passwork changed
with an email address by accident.
My question is, just have been a month when I
open the Internet it always says: content
Advisor configulation information is missing.
Someone may tried to tamper withit. You may
want to check the content Advisor setting.
Before I enter my password in setting, it
worked, now it says: the password you enter
in is invalid. And does not work anymore.
Should I change a new password?
And when I open the emails it says: can not
find the …For example, can not find
‘C\WINDOWS\Favorites\Hotmail Inbox. url(or
one of its components). Make sure the path
and filename era correct and that all
required libraries are available.
I need help, please!
