Content Advisor Registry Settings

How can i set a regsitry value for content advisor if i have deleted it accidently. Acually i want to enable content advisor in user profiles in my windows 2000 domain, so that i can restrict certian sites. But my colleague accidently deleted the registy entry for the content advisor, so when ever i restart my DC( Domain Controller)The settings are gone.
Please Explain step by step if possible.
