For example a network educational service is started. And the few operator keep on downloading all the usefull contents from Intrenet and make very usefull educational portal.
Then students be allowed to dial access the netwrok without going to Internet and find any thing for themselves as useful link. Instead they search for hours and then find some useful thing for themselves. Sort of cache but an Internet Offline useful browsing.
Do you think this is rigth to do.
keeping in view the following rules:
1. The contents’ orginal site, design, information, and site reference is kept intact.
2. regularly updation of contents.
3. The advertisements will remain intact.
4. Use only for non-profit educational purpose.
What other rules do u think be incorporated?
