Context Menu in Explorer

This is a double question. When I right click on the explorer one of the options is “New” which presents me with a list of applications I can create a new document for.

Question 1. Can I add or delete choices from this menu?

Question 2. IF i can add a document type can I make it be a template? for example in Word I’d like it to be an empty invoice.Or for HTML I’d like it to be the default empty template I use on my site.
